Two things most agencies split between two companies. The writing, casting, shooting, and editing happens here. So does the planning, the negotiating, and the buying. One team, one budget, one conversation about both.
Brooks Advertising has been doing it this way since 1991. Thirty-five years in this industry means we've watched stations change hands, formats flip, and half the audience move to streaming.
We've kept clients on the air through all of it.
Every station in your market will happily build you a schedule, and it will be a good schedule for the station. The rep is paid to sell that station's inventory at that station's rates. The spots nobody else bought have to go somewhere. That isn't dishonest. It's just not your side of the table.
We sit on your side. We buy across every outlet on ratings and negotiated rates. When the audience moves, the money moves. When a station stops earning its line on the schedule, it comes off.
"For the past eight years, we have partnered with Brooks Advertising, choosing their expertise over working directly with station sales representatives and it has been one of the best business decisions we've made."

When production and media live at different companies, every disappointing month has two explanations. The production house says the buy was wrong. The media agency says the spot was weak. Both invoices are paid regardless, and you're still unclear on what the issue was.
Here, the writer knows the spot will run as a six-second pre-roll or a full TV ad before a word goes on paper. The buyer knows what the creative can carry before signing for the space or creating a schedule to buy against. The plan and the ad get made in the same meetings. When the numbers come in, there's one explanation and one team responsible for it.
And if TV isn't your buy this year, or the spot you already have can run another season, you'll hear it straight.
Crews and talent get assembled per project, so the people on set are the right ones for that job.

01/
TV spots, streaming pre-roll, and the longer pieces that outlive the flight. Much of our best work is built on customer testimonials—a real customer saying why they love your business does something an announcer can't.
Budget shapes the approach before the shoot, so no one discovers missing pieces in the edit. One production day yields the full spectrum of assets from video to photos.
02/
Vertical video shot how it should be, not a TV spot cropped down after the fact.
Content days bank a month of clips and a b-roll library in one booking. Everything gets cut with captions, because most of it will be watched on mute. The digital team runs the channels; we make what runs on them.
03/
Radio and streaming audio, written for the ear. Voice talent gets cast per spot the same way crews do, because the wrong read will sink writing that works fine on paper.
Podcasts produced start to finish, from pre-production to recording and through edit.
04/
Layouts and finished art built for the few seconds a driver gives a billboard. If it works there, it works in a magazine with room to spare. Photography is available on any production—shot alongside the video, or booked on its own.
We research your market, your audience, your past media performance, and your current creative. We then present you with a written plan with the channel mix, the reasoning, and what your budget can realistically do.
If production is in scope, the brief also lists every deliverable the shoot has to capture, so one day on camera feeds the whole schedule.
Negotiation against ratings and traffic data, placement, and trafficking the creative to every outlet on the schedule. Rate cards are a starting position.
We treat them that way.
Verification that every flight delivered what was bought, and a post-buy analysis that scores the plan against what it promised.
The next plan starts from what this one proved.
Our compensation is the standard agency commission built into the media cost, so in most cases you pay the same rate you'd pay buying direct, with a team negotiating on your side. When the right plan is a smaller one, that's the plan we bring to you, no matter what.
Bring your current schedule, your last campaign, or the ad you're not proud of, and we'll walk through what ran, what it cost, and what we'd change.
