This Privacy Policy explains what information Brooks Advertising Inc. ("Brooks Advertising," "we," "us") collects through brooksadvertising.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We don't sell your personal information.
When you fill out a form or buy a plan on our site, we collect what you enter. Depending on what you do, that can include:
When you visit the site, we and our service providers collect some information automatically, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the site that referred you. We use Google Analytics to collect this information through cookies and similar technologies.
We share information only with service providers who help us run the site and our business, and only for that purpose. They are Webflow (website hosting and forms), Google Analytics (site analytics), and Stripe (payments). When you buy a plan on our site, Stripe processes your payment, and we never receive or store your full card number. If we start using an email service to send our newsletter, we'll add it here.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Google Analytics uses cookies to help us understand site traffic. Stripe may also set cookies during checkout. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies won't stop you from browsing the site, though checkout may not work without them. Our site doesn't currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
We keep inquiry and newsletter information for as long as needed to respond to you, maintain our relationship, or meet legal and business requirements, then delete it. We keep purchase and billing records as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, call us at 347-669-9480 or use the contact form at the bottom of any page on our site. We'll respond within the time required by law and won't treat you differently for making a request.
When we work for clients, we may handle information on their behalf, such as their customer lists or ad account data. That information is governed by our agreement with the client and the client's own privacy policy, not this one.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Our site links to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page.
Questions about this policy or your information: call 347-669-9480 or use the contact form at the bottom of any page on our site.
